ABOUT THE JOB
YOUR MISSION
Supporting the management of the bakery, with a focus on optimizing workflows and motivating your team
Staff scheduling and onboarding of new employees
Active participation in bakery production
Ensuring our high product quality
Procurement and quality control of raw materials
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards and monitoring their implementation
Coordinating external service providers
YOUR PROFILE
Vocational training as a baker and several years of experience in a bakery
Ideally, training as a Master Baker / Master Pastry Chef
Passion for the baking craft and strong quality awareness
First experience in leading and motivating employees
Strong sense of order and cleanliness
Enjoyment of hands-on teamwork
Flexibility, motivation, and resilience
Independent and reliable working style
